One Rule to Cover Them All!
WESNTowers System is a Minimal Cooperative TTRPG True Universal System based only on One Rule and 21 Definitions.

For its abstract nature WESNTowers System is a True Universal System; it is Minimal because there is only one rule that covers many different Things, and Cooperative, because, for its very structure, it encourages Players to work together as one.
It is a True Core System an abstract structure designed to exist independently from any specific Ruleset or Setting. This separation allows maximum creative Freedom without sacrificing coherence. Designers and Players are free to break, bend, or extend any Ruleset, knowing that the underlying structure of the Core System will continue to function. Its purpose is not to prescribe how a game should look or feel, but to provide a coherent framework within which any Ruleset or Setting can be shaped. It is capable of supporting Stories and mechanics at any scale, genre, or tone, without altering its internal logic.
It is built around three principles: Imagination, Freedom, and Unity (what to be one means). Using WESNTowers System, everything that exists in a Story is treated as a Thing some-Thing that is in relation to other Things. Moreover, One Rule governs every Action, Reaction, and Effect in the game.
